Northvale will have an open session for all ages and all abilities, come on down and see if this sport is for you. There is nothing better than to get some exercise, meet people and have fun while doing so.

TIME: Saturday - 12pm to 2pm

WHAT TO BRING: Bring all of your Softball gear - if you don't have any, that's absolutely fine, we will be able to provide it. Don't forget to bring a drink bottle.

WHAT TO WEAR: Any clothing suitable for the activity & a hat

VENUE: Diamond 7 (So park on Jells Road)
