COVID Register
If you are required to isolote as a positive COVID case or have been deemed a close contact of a COVID case, please register your name and dates of isolation. It is not compulsory to register, but you will not be considered to have played a game/s if your name is not recorded in this register. This will assist the NCHA executives to determine game qualifications for finals as games missed through isolation will be deemed as games played.

This register is based on your honesty and must be logged by 5.00pm  Saturday to be considered for the game qualification.
