BBQ

NORDEK will be a running a fundraising BBQ on Saturday and we are looking for volunteers during the day to assist with cooking and serving customers.

Water Polo ACT Social Polo Launch is this Sunday at CISAC 2 to 4pm.

If you’d like to give water polo a go this is the perfect time to start.

TRAINING is at CISAC Belconnen.

Monday 5.30 - 6.30pm Swimming training,

6.45 - 7.45pm Water Polo training, Juniors

7.30 – 8.45pm Water Polo training, Seniors

Tuesday 5.30 - 6.30pm Swimming training,

6.30 - 7.30pm Water Polo training. Juniors only.

Thursday 5.30 - 6.30pm Swimming training

Friday for Premier League (1st Grade) Men starts on 4 November @ Canberra Olympic Pool 6.00 to 7.00am

Saturday social training games start on 5 November @ Canberra Olympic Pool

8.00 to 9.00am

JUNIOR CANBERRA CUP is on 11, 12 & 13 November.
