To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
Motion 1
That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Nordek on 17 December 2022 are confirmed as a true and correct record of that meeting.
- Committee reports on the activities of the Association in 2022-2023
- President’s report
- Financial report
Motion 2
That the 2022-2023s President’s report be accepted.
Motion 3
That the 2022-2023 financial report be accepted.
- Election of office bearers of the club
Elections will be held for all six Offices of the Association:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Head Coach
- Junior Coordinator
Any financial member may nominate for the aforementioned Offices of the club. Nominations will only be accepted from members. Persons nominating for election to the Board must do so in writing and be received by the Board prior to the Annual General Meeting.
