Sailing on Lake Nagambie prooved to be a very popular event at the Nagambie On Water (NOW) Festival. Seventy people of all ages enjoyed a recreational sail on Lake Nagambie, in near perfect conditions. The Nagambie Lakes Sailing Club Inc. supplied the enthuastic ground crew, rescue boat crew and jet skier support. The five Pacer yachts and instructors were generously provided by Australian Sailing. Shepparton Sailability Club and Waranga Yacht & Boat Club provided the rescue boat, skipper and experienced sailors. Strathbogie Shire Council and Bendigo Bank have supplied community grants to help establish the Nagambie club.
