Welcome to registration commitment for the 2025 NDWHA Masters Representative team/s.

The 2025 Women's Masters will be held Thursday 24^th July to Sunday 27th July at Bathurst

Travel will be required on the Wednesday

ALL PLAYERS AND MANAGERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO STAY AT THE BOOKED ACCOMMODATION.

THIS ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN BOOKED FOR TWO YEARS.

SHOULD NDWHA INCUR FINANCIAL LOSS DUE TO PLAYERS/OFFICIALS SOURCING THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION  IT WILL NO LONGER BE BOOKED FOR FUTURE EVENTS.

$150 Nomination Fee is required to be paid for your commitment by 23 May 2025

Estimated costs will be approximately $680- $720 per player which will be confirmed when numbers are finalised. 

This covers the cost of 4 nights accommodation and the administration fees of nominating each team.

All player costs must be paid in full two weeks prior to the championship.

TEAMS

- You are not guaranteed to play with your friends.

- Teams will be allocated based on age and ability

 - Abuse of Committee Members will not be tolerated.

 

By nominating you understand that the following Refund Rules Apply:

Withdraw before 23rd May 2025 - $150 refunded if paid.

Withdraw between 23rd May and 15^th June 2025 - $150 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Withdraw after 15^th June – FULL AMOUNT MUST BE PAID AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Players will be declared unfinancial until the balance of costs are paid and ineligible to play in any local or state competition.

To play masters hockey you need to be turning 34 years in 2025
