Our trial of Fast Fives Social Water Polo last Sunday was a great success with 22 players attending of all levels of ability. The games worked very well with the modified rules & ability to sub at any time. Due to the positive feedback we would like to run 2 more sessions before our season memberships are available next month. 

• Dates: Sunday 22nd & 29th  August 3pm to 4:30pm at the Newman Pool.

• Cost $20 (for both sessions) payable via link above
• Open to both Men & Women 18+
• No experience necessary - we welcome those new to the sport of water polo that want to get fit and meet new people
• Teams of 5 will be allocated on the day with a mix of experience & male/female
• Aim is for no contact
• We will start with a half hour warm up / training of water polo drills before games
• Games are short and substitutions can be made at any time 
• The rules are simple and can be changed to suit the abilities of players
