We are planning to run a Fast Fives water polo social comp this season & will be starting with a trial session on 15th August at 3pm at the Newman Pool.
The aim of Fast Fives is to provide an alternative to the State Senior League comp that is less competitive, social and fun with key points as follows:

• Cost $15 payable via link below
• Open to both Men & Women 18+
• No experience necessary - we welcome those new to the sport of water polo that want to get fit and meet new people
• Teams of 5 will be allocated on the day with a mix of experience & male/female
• Aim is for no contact
• We will start with a half hour warm up / training of water polo drills before games
• Games are short and substitutions can be made at any time 
• The rules are simple and can be changed to suit the abilities of players
• We anticipate running short programs of 5 weeks that will rollover during the season
• We need a minimum of 10 players to get this up and running so please register now!

As this is our first time running Fast Fives we will be trialling the pool setup & the rules so please bear with us.
