- Newcastle Floorball registration carries no insurance cover. By registering you are agreeing to purchase insurance via https://www.revolutionise.com.au/newcastlefa/shop/ to be covered by the Floorball Australia Insurance Policy. Newcastle Floorball Association Inc is not responsible for ensuring players have purchased Floorball Insurance. Each member must ensure that they are registered before taking the court.
- New players may elect to join for 2 weeks to come and try floorball prior to paying for the full season. If you do this you are agreeing that this membership comes without insurance cover and that Newcastle Floorball Association Inc is not liable for any injuries sustained. Insurance can be purchased separately at https://www.revolutionise.com.au/newcastlefa/shop/
- All players must have filled in a registration form prior to taking part in any Newcastle Floorball related activities.
- By registering you are agreeing to pay Newcastle Floorball Association Inc all fees required as advertised.
- It is the responsibility of the member or parent/guardian of each junior (under 18) member to report all pre-existing injuries and medical conditions to the club in writing.
