Important instructions

This is a Saturday afternoon commitment..

If you are attending please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers including yourself. Fill in the additional names.

If you are not attending in person, but a proxy/ies will be attending in your place, please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers attending for you. Fill in the additional names.

Sign-in time 12:00hrs or 12:00pm and sign out time  17hrs or 5:00pm.

Attendants must sign in at the security gate (Gate 1), and again at the attendants room. Refer to the Stadium map previously sent as 2017 stadium information.

Please note: Due to the type of event and seating arrangements, it will be difficult to cycle in and out for a meal break, therefore food will not be provided. There will be some changing about, but only to give attendants a break from being in the sun all day.

Pick up a cap and jacket and check the attendant lists on the wall for your supervisor and which area you will be covering.
