Important instructions

If you are attending please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers including yourself. Fill in the additional names.

If you are not attending in person, but a proxy/ies will be attending in your place, please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers attending for you. Fill in the additional names.

Sign-in time by 11:00am,........sign out time approx 4:30pm (after the start of the last quarter). Final times will be advised closer to the date.

Attendants must sign in at the security gate (Gate 1), and again at the shed near Gate 3. Refer to the Stadium map attached.

Pick up a cap and jacket and check the attendant lists on the wall for your supervisor and which area you will be covering.

Attendants must return the caps and jackets to the shed at Gate 3 when they leave and sign out at Gate 1.
