Important instructions

If you are attending please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers including yourself. Fill in the additional names.

If you are not attending in person, but a proxy/ies will be attending in your place, please tick the yes box and pick from the drop-down list the total number of volunteers attending for you. Fill in the additional names.

Sign-in time between 12:00pm and  1:30pm,........sign out time approx 6:30pm .

Club members sign-in at Gate 1; Supervisors will have their radios ready there also, as well as their clipboards.
Attendants can then go the Attendant Room at the base of the Function Centre, collect their hat & jacket, meet their supervisor and move to the stands.  Tea & coffee will be available here too. There will be no lunch as this is an afternoon/evening game......please eat before you come along.
Bottled water can be collected from the attendant room under the function centre.  
On leaving, club members will return their hat & jacket to the Attendant Room, then sign out at Gate 1 (with Supervisors signing their radio back in there as well).
This means that attendants & supervisors only have to go to one place once they sign in.
and sign out at Gate 1.
