Please Note: The times above are when we start. You need to arrive early enough to allow yourself to unpack, and warm-up on the rollers. For a lot of people, that means parking your car 35 minutes early to allow time to get ready and warm up.

This session is for adults and faster juniors

Expectations:

• Rider briefing at 6:50pm
• The ride captain will control the pace.
• White Line - Primary paceline
  • One group. -No second group on this line.
  • If you drop off this group you need to move to the secondary paceline.
• Blue Line - Secondary paceline
  • One group.
  • If you drop off this group, you need to leave the track. -No second group on this line.
  • Expect to be asked to leave the track with around 10 laps to go.
