Women's Sailing @ LMYC

We are pleased to welcome participants to our Women’s Learn to Sail Program hosted by Lake Macquarie Yacht Club in  April 2023.  This course will include four sessions, conducted over consecutive days as listed, with our Bubbles & Nibbles celebrations held at the conclusion of the final session.

All session times are 9:00am to 11:30am

Training will be conducted on NCYC's fleet of Force 24 keelboats, which carry an Instructor and up to four course participants. The sailing will take place on the waters of Belmont Bay in Lake Macquarie.  The course may aslo include some shore based theory components if it is unsafe or unsuitable to go on-water.

The registration fee for this course is $210.

Our Women's courses cater for ALL skill levels - absolute beginners are our speciality!  We aim to group sailors of like ability & experience together so you will always continue to challenge, develop and progress your skills. We have many women coming back course after course in order to continue to develop their skills and confidence.

Sailors returning for further Women's Sailing courses are offered a discount  - please use the 'Womens-Return' discount code when registering for subsequent courses.

The NCYC Sailing Academy abides by the Australian Sailing instructor to student ratios, hence places are strictly limited.

Maximum stduent number:  16

We regularly sell out our Women's Sailing courses, so to avoid disappointment, we recommend registering early.
