Thursday Night – Fast 5’s Water Polo

@ Warringah Aquatic Centre

30th July, 2020 through to 10th September 2020 – 7 weeks

7pm to 9pm

  • Mens - depending on team numbers and ability - 2 divisions
  • Ladies - depending on team numbers and ability - 2 divisions

The deep end will be divided into 2 pools with games running simultaneously…

Teams are to have 5 players (4 field & GK) in the water at any one time.  Minimum of 7 players per team, maximum of 8 players.

Games will be 3 x 5 minute thirds (1 minute between each third) – subject to change depending on team entries, may look at running 4 x 5 minute quarters if time allows.
