We have been able to schedule an extra "Training Day" for the Born 03 and 04 players, due to pool space becoming available.

It will be held this SATURDAY 10 SEPTEMBER, 2016 from 1pm to 6pm.

Schedule will be as follows:-

GIRLS TRAINING  -  1pm to 2:30pm

BOYS TRAINING  -  2:30pm to 4pm (boys do not need to arrive until their start time)

GIRLS GAMES  -  4pm to 5pm

BOYS GAMES  -  5pm to 6pm

During the players break, they will be required to have something to eat and there will be "land" cross training.
