Wednesday Night
Ladies Local Water Polo Competition @ Warringah Aquatic Centre
30 April 2025 through to 2 July 2024 - 10 weeks
Offering two competitions in full size field of play.
Social Competition -
- For the Beginner or any player who just wants to play in a non competitive environment. Over 18's preferred.
- 7:15pm start with a few Skills and warm-up... couple of laps of swimming, egg beater, passing and shooting
- 7:30pm - Game - 4 x 6 minute quarters
- No scoring, no shot clocks, Coach/Referee from sideline.
- Minimum of 26 players needed to register and sign in each week.
- Finish 8pm
Competitive Competition:-
- For the more experienced player (who doesn't want to travel around Sydney on Wednesday nights to play Metro) who loves to play water polo.
- Over 18's preferred, however happy to engage the younger Metro Players U16 & above should they wish to play.
- Ideally we would like to form 4 teams (minimum 11) so games can be played at 8pm & 8:30pm
- Games will be scored and including use of shot clocks
- 2 Referees provided
- You can create your own team or be randomly placed in a team. We would like to create an even standard across all teams in the best interest of the competition.
- Teams appoint their own Coach
- Equipment provided - Balls, Cap, scorecards
