Junior Water Polo Tournament - July School Holidays

The focus is on having fun with your mates from School, Nippers, Soccer, Netball, Footy, Softball etc, and playing Water Polo along the way.

• DATES - Tuesday 12th, Wednesday 13th & Thursday 14th July 2022
• VENUE - Warringah Aquatic Centre, Aquatic Drive, Frenchs Forest
• TIME – Estimate start 10:00am to 3:30pm each day. To be confirmed
• ENTRY - REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT IS A TWO STEP PROCESS.....

STEP 1. The Coach/Manager is to submit a TEAM ENTRY, which is to include the list of players:- Team entries will close Monday 27th June, 2022 - Teams are to consist of a minimum of 8 players, maximum of 10 players per team. Teams can be mixed gender

STEP 2. ALL players must register and pay individually and this is to be completed separately, 1st July 2022. Late Registrations will only be accepted if spaces are available and will incur a $20 late fee.

Please note the Individual Player Registration Link will be emailed to the Team Manager to forwarded onto players in the team.  There will be 2 links available:-

•  One for SNB/NBWPA Players
• One for players from Other Clubs/Associations/Regions, ie non SNB/NBWPA members.

If you are not part of a team and wish to complete an Individual Entry, at the time of Registration for your Team Name, please type “No Team” and we will endeavour to place you in a team.

COST = $99 per player (this covers, pool hire, pool entry each day, refereeing, equipment etc)

AGE GROUPS = Born 2009 & 2010 and Born 2011 & 2012

TEAMS = Boys, Girls or Mixed competitions.  Dependent on team entries

We are offering a competitive tournament, but in a low key fun environment

All players must be able to swim competently in deep water

Modified Tournament Rules

Age Groups  - Ideally teams should only consist of a maximum of 8 players.

• Born 2009 & 2010's  
  • 6 players – 5 field & GK (prefer GK be rotated throughout the team) 
  • Size 4 ball
  • Game time – 4 x 5 minute quarters
  • Teams can be mixed gender, however prefer separate gender so we can run boys and girls separately
• Born 2011 & 2012's (younger players can register, however must be competent swimmers in deep water) 
  • 6 players – 5 field & GK (prefer GK to be rotated throughout the team)
  • Size 3 ball
  • Game time – 4 x 5 minute quarters
  • Teams can be mixed gender, however prefer separate gender so we can run boys and girls separately
