Recreational Senior RG is for our members aged 12 Years and above* (High School Age)
Senior RG classes develop coordination with apparatus, dance, confidence, more challenging body elements (balances, turns, leaps/jumps).
Senior RG builds on the concept of throw and catch of the apparatus with rotation beneath, acrobatic skill and apparatus difficulty elements (combining apparatus movements with acrobatic/body elements).
Recreational classes are non-competitive focusing on fun, participation and friendship. Members have the option to move between recreational and competitive Intermediate RG Classes.
This class option will enrol your child into Tuesday Afternoon training sessions from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
*Age determined by how old they are turning this year, i.e. 12 = 11 turning, or has turned, 12 years old.
