Dear Members,
We look forward to welcoming those of you who have booked for presentation night at the Pittwater RSL. We have a an exciting program:
- At 5:30pm we'll hold our annual AGM, notably to elect our new committee. All club members are welcome to attend, see notice of AGM below.
- You are then excepted from 6pm, for presentation to start at 6:15pm.
- Let's all be prepared to roar for all our winners and our grinners!
- After presentation, you'll enjoy a delicious dinner, peppered with some fun games:
- Get ready to take part in frog races, to pop balloons and win some great prizes!
- And now the most exciting part: you will be able to take part in the best raffle ever. It will be the best ever raffle because there will be the best ever prize to win:
One season of free sausage sizzle!
A few things to know:
- If you haven't yet settled your canteen bill received by email, you will get a chance to do that tomorrow night, our beloved treasurer would be eternally grateful.
- If you have expressed a dietary requirement, please make sure you keep your name tag with you if you move table during the evening.
Notice of AGM
Please be informed that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will precede our annual presentation night, ie will be held on 15 June 2024 from 5:30pm at the Pittwater RSL.
Kindly note that a quorum at the general meeting shall consist of six (6) members, with representation from at least 75% of all classes. Additionally, for committee meetings, a quorum shall consist of four (4) members, with representation from at least 75% of all classes. Your adherence to these quorum requirements is appreciated and we encourage every member to attend.
