We are thrilled to announce that the Shade Sails Queensland Nacra State Titles 2024 will be hosted at the Cleveland Yacht Club on the 7-8 September! This event is not just about the racing; it’s about bringing the Nacra community together in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The Nacra association is all about camaraderie and enjoying our time on the water together. We look forward to seeing as many Nacras as possible join us for this exciting event.

Social Activities:

> Refer to Clause 8 of the NoR for a full Schedule of Events and how to register.
Competitors are welcome to drop their boats off and squeeze in some casual sailing from 2pm on the regatta eve.
> Competitors’ registration includes entry plus special CYC style gala BBQ Dinner on Saturday, 7th September, and a ‘welcome back’ sausage sizzle breakfast on Sunday, 8th September, at the Cleveland Yacht Club.

Saturday Evening:
> After racing, you are welcome to boost your skills by joining our informal training session (time permitting).
> This will be followed by drinks and nibbles so everyone can join in the fun. Dinner will start around 5:30-6:00 PM.
> The dinner is primarily for the entrants, but everyone is welcome to join for a delightful evening. Non-competitors can purchase meal tickets online at until 4 September.

Accommodation:
> There is a plethora of local accommodation to suit all styles and budgets, visit Redlands Coast Accommodation @ https://www.visitredlandscoast.com.au/stay.
> Additionally, limited accommodation is available upstairs at the club. Please contact CYC @ cyc@outlook.com.au if you intend staying onsite.
Menu:
> The CYC catered BBQ will include pre-dinner snacks, steak, hamburgers, sausages, salads, bread, and our infamous CYC dessert (just ask Rosco!). There may be even one or two special additions!
> Please note, no BYO alcohol. Alcohol can be purchased from the club.
