Humidity and Hill combination favorable for Clayton.
Extremely humid conditions and running hills in a wig and 80’s style cocktail dress proved a winning combination for Barbara Clayton at Saturdays final div 1 event for the season at Hollybank reserve. The traditional fancy dress event saw Clayton came first with Ann-marie Barwick second and Ben Adams third. In the 3km event it was Caleb Poole first with Rodney Bussey second and Josiah Poole third. In the Division 3 1.5km race Annabelle Cook was victorious with Dale Kean again in the minor placings ahead of Xavier Davie. We had some great costumes this year and wish to thank MalBren honey for sponsoring the event.
Fastest: In division 1, fastest runners were Jennifer Tait and Ben Adams. Fastest in the 4km event was Lochlan Bussey and Blaise Fitzallen, while in the 2km event Annabelle Cook and Xavier Davie were fastest.
