However, this discount can only be applied if all athletes are registered in the same transaction.
Please note that a $150 parent duty bond is charged per family which will be reimbursed at the end of the season if the family completes their four parent duties during the season. Two duties are to be completed before Christmas and two duties are to be performed after Chritmas. Please click the link Parent Duty Sign Up now to sign up for your two pre Christmas parent duties.
Manly Warringah Litttle Athletic Centre is made up of five clubs which include Cromer, Manly, Peninsula, Seaforth and Wakehurst. The Clubs of MWLAC are differentiated by the colour of their uniform and their training time and location. Families usually choose a club based upon their friendships or where they live or go to school. Individual Club Training is normally held on a Wednesday evening.
MWLAC’s season runs from the 14th of September 2024 to the 22nd of March 2025 with 20 weeks of competition (weather permitting) as well as representative events. During the season there are also 4 championships that athletes may opt in/be selected to compete in. These include State Relays, Zone, Regional and State Championships.
Qualifying requirements for State Relays: Qualifying dates are to be announced soon. All athletes are to opt in for State Relays (8's-U20s). Only athletes who have opted in will be considered for selection. A little athlete (8's-12's) is required to have competed in an event 50% or more of the times the event has been offered to be eligible for selection over weeks 1-6.
Qualifying requirements for Zone Championships: Qualifying dates are to be announced soon. A junior athlete (7's-11's) is required to opt in and have competed in an event 50% or more to be eligible for selection over weeks 1-8. A senior athlete (12's-17's) self-selects their events and up to 6 events may be selected. Please note the 18's and 19's age groups won't be able to compete at the Zone Championships. Lots of information will follow on our socials, and from the Championship Manager throughout the season.
In the registration form it will ask you for proof of age. Please note that proof of age is only required if you have never been a member of the Manly Warringah Little Athletics Centre.
The registration form will allow you to purchase a Manly Warringah training tee. This is optional and isn't necessary to complete your registration. To help with ordering please purchase it when you register rather than trying to purchase one at a later date.
