Womens Artistic Gymnastics

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) is a discipline of gymnastics in which athletes perform short routines (ranging from about 30 to 90 seconds) on different apparatuses. There are 4 apparatus: Floor, Bars, Vault and Beam.
The competitive WAG program is built from our foundation groups by inviting children from our general recreational programs.

Mighty Stars is the first step for girls who are wanting to join our WAG squads. Starting as young as 4 years old, these girls train 4 hours per week (2 x 2 hour sessions) to exponentially build upon their skills and prepare for the 2 Carnivals run in house each year!

Mighty Stars Level 1, for girls 4-6 years old wanting to begin their competitive journey and Mighty Stars Level 2 for girls 6-8 years old  starting their journey into WAG squads or continuing from Level 1.
