Manning Valley Hockey Association is seeking Expressions of Interest from Under 18 Boys & Girls (Born 2007 & 2008) to represent MVHA at 2025 NSW State Championships.

• Under 18 Boy's & Girl's Division 2 & 3 State Championships will be held at Narellan on 23rd, 24th & 25th May.

A trial for all interested Girls and Boys players will be held on Thursday 20th February at Taree Hockey Centre 

Girls will trial from 5pm-6pm.
Boys will trial from 6pm - 7pm

• Please note: A Trial will be held to assist with Squad Selection: Initial training will involve a full squad; the representative team will be selected at a later date.

MVHA Representative Player Expectations

• Commitment: Players must attend all training sessions. Absences require an email to reps@manningvalleyhockey.org.au and a message to the team Manager or Coach
• Required Equipment: Players must attend training with all necessary gear (mouthguard, shin pads, stick, etc.).
• Respect and Attitude: Players should show respect to coaches, teammates, and the process, maintaining a positive and fun attitude.
• Accommodation: Players (accompanied by a parent/guardian) must stay in Team Accomodation as booked by Manning Valley Hockey Association. Accomodation information will be released to Parents/Guardians once the final team is confirmed. 

A more comprehensive list of MVHA representative expectations will be distributed to selected players. 

All players that have submitted an EOI are asked to attend the trial set down for Thursday 20th February at Taree Hockey Centre.

If you are interested in representing MVHA at either Boys or Girls Championships please complete the 'Nominate' option connected to this event. 

Please note: If you completed the EOI when it was initially released in September 2024 there is no need to submit the information again. 

Players that are unable to attend the trial must submit a letter via email to reps@manningvalleyhockey.org.au detailing reasons for non attendance.
