The Manning Valley Hockey Association Senior Social Competition commences on Thursday 17th October.

The emphasis of our 2024 Social competition is on introducing new players to the game while also allowing our current players to continue to connect with team mates and maintain some match fitness during the winter off season in a social environment.

More importantly it's about being Active, playing hockey and having fun. 

The format for the Social Comp includes - Half Field, Modified rules, Mixed Gender, 7 players, No Keeper. 

• The Senior Social Competition is set to run for an 8 week period commencing on Thursday 17th October and concluding on Thursday 5th December
• The Senior Social competition is participants aged 13 years older only.
• MVHA is aiming to have a Social and an Intermediate level Division dependent on team numbers. Please see our Comprehensive Summer comp guide for further details.

Games will commence from 6pm.

There is no cost to nominate a team. Each player will be required to individually register into the competition. 

The MVHA Social Competition fee is ONLY $25 per player for the entire 8 week Competition.

To register for the term 4 Senior Social Hockey Event each player must be a paid member of Hockey NSW. 

• There is no further cost for players that were HNSW registered in 2024 (If you registered & played in the Outdoor season you are covered)

• NEW PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME. Not already a member? That's OK! The cost for unregistered 2024 players will be $25 plus a small NSW Hockey Term 4 fee which can be finalised by following this 2 step process: 

• STEP 1 - If you are not currently a paid member of Hockey NSW for 2024 you will first need to obtain a Term 4 registration for a small fee from here https://www.revolutionise.com.au/mvha/registration/ 
• STEP 2 - Once registered with Hockey NSW players can CLICK HERE to proceed to the 2024 Senior Competition Player Registration portal.
