Applications are invited for Head Coach & Team Manager position for the MVHA Open Mens team and the Under 14's Boys - Team 2 and Team Managers positions for Under 14’s Girls, Under 16’s Girls, and Under 18’s Boys 2024 MVHA Representative teams.

3. Fill in details via the prompts and upload your completed application form and click on submit.

All applications are to be lodged with Manning Valley Hockey Association via the Manning Valley Hockey Association Revolutionise Website Event page. 

All applications MUST include a completed formal application document and must be submitted prior to the closing date.

Coach & Manager Applications must be submitted by close of business on Friday 5th April
