Hookin2Hockey is a fun entry level program to introduce Hockey to kids from the aged 6 & 7 (as of 1st January 2024 - Born 2016 & 2017)

The registration fee includes a playing shirt, skills sessions and modified games delivered by qualified coaches followed by a free sausage sizzle & drink provided by MVHA each week.

Stick, Shin pads and balls are provided for use or pop into our new Hockey shop on site to purchase a Beginners pack.

Same time, Same Place every week at Taree Hockey Centre-  Fridays from 5pm to 6:15pm (excludes school holidays and public holiday weekends) 

Come and enjoy our Modern Clubhouse with Full Canteen & Bar Facilities, Wood fire & Hockey Store on site. 

A great afternoon out for kids & parents too!

The Hookin2Hockey program offers you the option to sign up at any stage throughout the season which means it's never too late to give it a go!

The program will conclude in August with an End of season Disco and Certificate of Participation for each participant. 

All participants in 2023 will register directly through Manning Valley Hockey Association. Note - If you would still like to be connected with one of our Clubs please note your club of preference in the Dual registration Tab during registration. 

MVHA Hockey is an Active Kids Voucher Provider. Please have your Voucher details ready when Registering.

COME & TRY OPTION!!

Manning Valley Hockey Association is offering a free Come and Try Option for new participants. The Come and Try option allows new participants to come along at any time during the season to give Hockey a go for a period of 2 weeks before having to complete the paid registration process.

Head to 'MVHA Hookin2hockey Come & Try'on the Event page under List on our website to nominate your child's intent to attend or just turn up on the day.
