Race around Peel Island or Mud Island.
The points for the best 4 events in each series (Bay, Island or Ocean) count for each boat.
The best 2 of the 3 series then count for each boat to give a final score. The final scores are used to determine club champion. All results are based on PHS.
Payment for races can be done on a casual basis at $10 per race entered, entry is done via the Club Calendar on the MYCQ website. For boats intending to compete in multiple races a simplified entry of $60 for all of the Bay and Island series or $80 for all of the races in any of the series can be paid direct to the MYCQ at the start of the year with the boat name as the reference. Note that the Brisbane to Gladstone has separate entry fees and for events hosted by other clubs, the entry fee for the event still needs to be paid to the other club – the simplified entry fee only covers the MYCQ charges for the events.
