In the clubrooms in Trafalgar St Manly from 08:30 to approximately 4:00pm with time off for breaks and lunch. This is a fully certified course which meets Australian Sailing training requirements and successful participants will receive a certificate of competence in provision of first aid and basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. There will also be a brief section on the use of injectable medications as required for category 1 and 2 events. Cost will be $130 per person including refreshments.
