Mulgrave Athletics Club Day 12

EVERY PERSON ( PARENTS AND ATHLETES ) WHO ATTENDS IS REQUIRED TO NOMINATE. You will be asked to leave if you are not on the register. Attendees will be checked off against their nomination on the day. To nominate, you must have a RevSport National ID, all attendees must be registered with an ANQ club.  

• This is a free event to Mulgrave Athletes however, you must be a registered member of Mulgrave Athletics Club.
• This is a free event to Cairns Athletes (Cairns Athletics is covering your day registration, you must be a registered member of Cairns Athletics Club.)
• As per our agreement, Marlin Coast Athletes will be charged $5 per athlete, payable on the day. If you do not attend after nominatinging, you will still be invoiced. You must be a registered member of Marlin Coast Athletics Club.
• If you do not follow the Covid Safe Plan you will be asked to leave the premises
• ALL PARENT/VOLUNTEERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH ANQ THROUGH THEIR RELEVANT CLUB This will give you an ID with which you nominate to be a volunteer for Sunday.
• All athletes aged 4-7 must be accompanied by a registered parent/carer to their events. No athlete will be able to leave the competition area before their event is complete unless supervised by an adult.
• All athletes aged 8-12 must have a registered parent/carer at the venue (can be with another sibling).
• Athlete groups will be accompanied by coaches and/or officials from one of the clubs to assist parents and athletes in operating under the current COVID guidelines.

 

 

 

With recently reported positive COVID-19 cases confirmed in Queensland, please note the advice below and ensure you are aware of these developments.

1. Individuals who have been in close contact with a confirmed positive COVID case will be issued with quarantine directions by the Public Health Unit which will require them to isolate for 14 days.
2. The Public Health Unit may be requesting contact tracing information from organisations today which must be provided within 1 hour of the request.
3. If you or a family member are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of being unwell, please contact your GP or your local Queensland Health Fever and Respiratory Clinic.
