Saturday Throws Pentathlon

• Free to athletes registered with an ANQ club, $15 for non registered athletes

• Competition commences at 10:40am (welcome to warm-up prior but no throwing before 10:30) 
• Event order - Hammer (10:45), Discus (11:20), Shot Put (12:00), Javelin (12:40), Weight (1:15) with the option of a 56lb to finish 
  • Athletes may do individual events but you need to advise of this.
  • Athletes aged 12/13 may do weight throw with a 4kg implement
