Saturday Throws Pentathlon

• Entry fee is $15 

• Competition commences at 1:00pm 
• Event order - Hammer, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Weight followed by a 56lb 
  • Athletes may do individual events but you need to advise of this. We will be able to give you more approximate times when registration closes.
  • Athletes aged 12/13 may do weight throw with a 4kg implement

• If you have a parent/partner/mate who is keen to learn more about officiating, bring them with you and we'll set them on the right path!
