Saturday Throws Pentathlon

• Entry fee is $15 - All athletes must be registered with an ANQ

• Competition commences at 2:30pm 
• Event order - Hammer, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Weight followed by a 56lb 
  • Athletes may do individual events but you need to advise of this. We will be able to give you more approximate times when registration closes.
  • Athletes aged 12/13 may do weight throw with a 4kg implement
