Junior Dragon Boat Paddlers

Mt Beauty is committed to junior development in North East Victoria.  Young people can start paddling at age 10. It’s a fantastic summer sport and can complement other sporting activities. Young people who do a range of sports (don’t specialise too early) are more likely to continue sport participation for longer. Pathways exist for junior paddlers to join the Victorian Junior Club the Rapids and race at Auschamps (Australian National Dragon Boat Championships).
