We have experienced and qualified coaches who focuss on the development of the club, maximising paddler’s goals, and creating pathways to state, national and international competitions. Our program develops strength, fitness and stability allowing paddlers to enjoy their dragon boat experience.
Water Training:

Land training involves a number of activites to support our paddling program. The aim is to develop core and shoulder stability as well as aerobic fitness.
