Mounties Physie and Dance is a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to promoting confidence, fitness, and self-expression through the art of physie and dance. We offer a supportive environment where individuals of all ages and abilities can enjoy a unique blend of contemporary dance, ballet, jazz, and yoga and pilates.
The club moves into it's 24th year of operation under new management and head teacher Lauren Watson with an excellent teaching time comprised of Alannah Hayward, Emily-Rose Watts, Mary McSweeney, Lauren Mckenzie and assistant teacher Lucy Crump.
