Please select either  NEW MEMBER  or RETURNING MEMBER.

Upon completion of Mosman Registration you will be invoiced for the Club Registration fee of $60. 

Class fees will be invoiced separately once you have selected your classes on this form. 

You may use both Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers for your fees if applicable. Simply email us the voucher details.
