NOTE:
- To trial you must be registered with Orange Hockey website: www.orangehockeyassoc.com.au/registration/
- This EOI form must be submitted by Friday 18 February 2022.
- In the event of inclement weather, the trials will be postponed; this announcement will be posted on the Orange Junior Hockey Facebook page by 4.30 pm on the day of the trials.
- Should there be a strong interest in one age group, a development team may be formed.
- Players interested must register for their respective age group. 
- Players may also trial up an age group.
- The selected team/s will be at the selectors discretion.
