Discover Sailing - Experience Overview

A Discover Sailing Experience is an approximate two-hour sailing experience at the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club, an accredited Discover Sailing Centre, without the technical detail of a course, for families, friends, or work colleagues. Having the chance to use the Club's wonderful social facilities is as much a part of the experience as is getting out on the water. The aim of a Twilight Keelboat Sailing Experience is to encourage participants to want to do more sailing at the MOFSC and possibly register for a Keelboat or Dinghy Sailing Course. The course is run by an accredited Australian Sailing Keelboat Instructor. 

Previous Experience

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a keelboat. Learn the basics, whilst staying relatively dry! All the equipment and gear will be provided by the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club. This course assumes that you have no prior knowledge of sailing but being confident on the water is desirable.

This is the perfect 'taster' for anyone who wants to discover sailing for the first time. This is the perfect introduction and can be the ideal way for you to begin your sailing journey, without having to commit to a full training course.
