Registration for this event closes at Wed 20 Nov 2024 14:30.
Trials will be taking place over 2 dates : The 21st November and 28th November from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
This registration is for players born 2015/2016
Please arrive no earleir than 5:15pm for registration.
For secirity reasons, the venue will be emailed to registered players closer to the trial date.
- Parents can bring children in for registration but then we kindly ask you to leave and come back to pick up at the end.
- On arrival children will mark their names off at the registration table. They will be given a number.
- The number will be written on their arm and a picture will be taken.
- The picture and number are used to help identify kids when forming teams. The pictures are NOT used for any other purpose and will not be published anywhere.
- Once everyone is registered with a number and photo the coaches will move the players to the courts.
- Players will play mini-matches throughout the trials so coaches can get an idea of all players.
- The coaches will take notes to help them remember players.
- Parents to come and collect at the end.
- Both trial dates are mandatory

Coaches will put teams together and these will be emailed to everyone in the following weeks.
Please do not email or call asking when teams will be put out. Due to the number of players registering it will take a few weeks to organise each player into the correct team. As soon as teams are ready you will be emailed
