Hi Maccabi Basketball Families
This is a reminder that the U14 Girls trials are taking place this Thursday the 7th December.
These trials will determine the teams for 2024 term 1 and are for girls born in the years 2010 and 2011.
(We may need to run another trial for term 2 if a large number of rejoin the club then)
Venue:
Trials will be taking place at Kesser Torah College (NOT at Waverley junior school like originally advertised)
Time:
Arrival for registration at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start
Trials will finish at 7:30pm
Who Should Trial
If you attend Moriah, there will be a mid-week competition in term 1 offered by the school. Maccabi is offering an additional team separate to your mid week school comp. This will mean training one afternoon a week with Maccabi and then playing in the Sunday Competition.
What to wear
Please wear your Maccabi singlet shirts or alternatively a white or blue shirt.
Please also remember to bring a water bottle.
If you do not attend trials, you will not be allocated a team. If you cannot attend trials, but would still like to be allocated a team, please let Nikki Lloyd or Steph Lenga know.
