This coming Saturday 14 January is the 2023 Westernport Challenge at Somers Yacht Club. The Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions are attached below. You can enter online befor Wednesday 11 January through this link.
There are a number of changes to the normal race instruction including pre entry as a starter from your local club prior to the start at 13:00.
So to those of you who simply think you will turn up on the day, after entering online before Wednesday, consider:
Local Club Briefing (MYC) is at 10am Saturday Morning
Onshore Briefing at SYC, prior to the start
The time/distance to sail to Somers Race Course Area and/or shore pre start briefing (forecast is for light winds)
