In a day of drama, three of our intrepid sailors headed off slightly early at the start of Heat 5 of the Autumn Series - but only two came back. With five people on Merricks Patrol this was quickly noted. Well done Doug and General Webster for starting again. But this unfortunately meant that one of our boats was designated OCS. [Acronmyn finder tells me this is most likely Ophthalmic Coding Specialist?] and so didn't merit a result. But the rest of the fleet sailed on with Keith in his repaired Castle taking out a win on MYC and VYC yardstick and avoiding any reefs, followed by Matt Darby and Chris Fleming.. Heat 6 saw very different results, with Chris Fleming coming first, closely followed by the Dream Team of Kim Il Balka and his lovely partner, Penny, while Chris Rusell came third.
