Merricks Yacht Club was founded in 1964 as a small yard on the foreshore for the many enthusiastic sailors and fishermen in the holiday township of Merricks Beach. Since then it has grown into a popular accessible community hub which provides a great meeting place for local residents and holiday makers of all ages, whether sailors or not.
