Training sessions

MWD members please use TEAMapp to notify Yes/No of your attendance to a session.

Dragon Pass Paddlers
please email, barbroachMWD@gmail.com, before Friday if you wish to attend a Saturday session.

Wear suitable clothes, closed toe shoes, sunscreen, hat and DON' T FORGET YOUR WATER BOTTLE.

Please ensure you are present for the warm up.

Saturday - 8.30am Warm up, 9.00am - 10am on water - social paddle (coffee afterwards - the social bit) with progression to Monday and Wednesday training sessions

Mondays - 5.00pm Warm up, 5.30pm-6.30pm on water - Stroke Correction and focus on Technique

Wednesdays (DURING WINTER) - 9.30am Warm up, 10.00am - 11.00am on water - Strength and Endurance session

Wednesday Evenings - 5.00pm Warm up, 5.30pm-6.30pm on water - Strength and Endurance session
