The Mercedes Netball Club has been a part of the college since 1930 and has been managed and run by Parents and ex-students of Mercedes College since 2005. The club has teams from Year 7 through to Year 12 as well as Alumni teams.
Our club focus
- Provide opportunities for all students and alumni of Mercedes to participate in netball activities no matter the skill level;
- Provide an opportunity for students and parents that wish to develop their leadership and netball knowledge through coaching and umpiring;
- Emphasise the positive attributes of netball participation including personal enjoyment, learning to cope with winning and losing, improve fitness and teamwork;
- Encourage participation in netball so that students and alumni may develop new skills and a broader network of friends;
- Provide an avenue for players to participate in development programs with Perth Netball Association.
