If you wish to hire the Clubrooms the charges are:-
Part day $75 (not including Kitchen facilities -- $125 if Kitchen facilities are used)
Full day $125 (Kitchen facilities are included)
*** Special rates can be negotiated for long-term use. ***
It is a condition of hire that the premises will be left clean & tidy when finished,
and that any rubbish from your event is removed upon completion.
Please supply your own detergent, tea towels and implements for washing up dishes.
If you are planning to consume alcohol on the premises,
it is a condition of hire that a separate liquor license be obtained,
at your expense to cover your event.

** Please ensure that all lights, (especially in the shower & toilet areas), all fans,
coffee pot, urns etc are turned off when you are locking up
AND
That the sliding glass door is dead-latched, the boat sliding door is chained up,
The inner door is deadlatched, and that the exterior door is also locked.
AND
That all items are returned to their original places! **
