Term 3 Winter sessions for 19U+ Open Girls Performance Training.
Sessions start week commencing Monday 15 July and formally conclude on Sunday 1 September - this is a 7-week winter term training program leading into the 2024 AWL season training which is planned to commence from Monday 2 September 2024.
Please note there will be some sessions combined with the Northern Performance Program every 2 -3 weeks and likely to be held on Mondays or Tuesdays. These sessions will be notified in advance and held at HBF (sometimes Bicton Pool) and venue will depend on pool availability.
Total cost for Term 3 program is $325 with participants charged for 2 sessions / week including pool entry at Bicton Pool.
