Welcome to our Club Run Open Day!

Please Join the Mellbourne Frontrunners Westside crew for a 5-8km run/walk around the beautiful Maribyrnong River at 8:30 am, followed by a social breakfast BBQ on Sunday the 24th of March.  Come find out a little more about our club and community.

8:30am - Welcome and introductions
8:40am - Dynamic stretches, running drills with coaching team
8:50am - head off for run/walk
9:30am - BBQ breakfast - food provided. 

Please confirm your attendance and provide your RSVP by 1PM Saturday, 23rd March, along with any dietary preferences.

Dietary Requirements

We will be catering vegetarian, vegan and gluten free foods as well. Please make sure to add your dietary requirements while registering.
